The third type of carbon steel is high carbon steel. This has the content of carbon somewhere around 0.60-1.25 wt. % and it has the contents of manganese somewhere between 0.30-0.90 wt.%. This quality or this type of carbon steel is something that you should think about as it is the toughest steel out there.
The thing is that they have a high resistance which makes them tough enough that any wear or tear is hard to penetrate.
